Claims for defective or damaged products
All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed to be our responsibility will be covered at our expense.
If you notice any problem with the products or your order, please submit a problem report to our contact email.
Returns and unclaimed orders
When we receive a returned shipment, you will automatically be notified by email.
Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
Incorrect address
If the address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed.

We recommend contacting us before returning any product.
⚠️ Important:
- Orders are not refunded for buyer’s remorse (except for customers in Brazil, where a 7-day right of withdrawal applies under local law).
Notice to EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply in the following cases:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
We therefore reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion in the above situations.
