When will I receive my order?

Order processing time is 2 to 5 business days. Once prepared, it will be shipped.

Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

  • Spain & Europe: 3 to 7 business days.

Please note these timeframes are approximate and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays or customs).

Will I have to pay customs fees?
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply. These fees are not under our control and are set by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it
Before contacting us, please follow these steps:

  • Check your confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in the shipping address.
  • Ask at your local post office if the package is there.
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, email us at shop@elhackeretico.com with your order number.

⚠️ Important: If there’s an error in the address provided, we can reship the order, but you will need to cover the reshipping costs.

We work with production and logistics centers around the world. Your orders are printed and shipped from the facility closest to your final address to optimize delivery times.

How can I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a link by email as soon as your order has shipped.

I received the wrong product or a damaged product
We’re sorry if your order arrived with an error or defect. To resolve it as quickly as possible, please email shop@elhackeretico.com within one week of delivery, including:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • A brief description of the issue.
